All of my bags are made from plastic bags that I gather from recycling bins around my town and from friends and family. I am committed to doing my part for the environment by putting plastic bags that have already been made to good use. I use a small crochet hook which adds more work for me but I believe it makes a better, stronger product. Larger hooks will create a plastic bag that will stretch out of shape the moment you put those heavy groceries in them. My bags will not!
