Payment

I currently accept payment through PayPal only. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use their service to pay with a credit card. At the end of the checkout process, simply click “Pay with PayPal” and you will be taken to the PayPal site where you can enter your credit card info.

Shipping

I ship within 2-5 business days (after I receive payment through PayPal). I ship to your PayPal address. Please let me know if you prefer that I ship it to your Etsy address in the "message to buyer" section.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want this to be a happy experience shopping at Crafty & Western. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will refund your payment excluding shipping costs. Please email me first before you send it back. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to me in it's original condition. I will refund your payment minus shipping costs once I have the item back.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Many of my pieces can be customized. If you see something you like, either for sale or already sold, let me know and I'll try to accomodate you. Please note that I have the right to re-create and re-sell a custom design that was created for you. This is the reason we do not charge an additional fee for custom work.
