Welcome to Creative Art and Soul.
The name Creative Art and Soul stems from my lifelong desire to unleash that nagging creativity bug, to produce something hip, cultural and expressive, and my willingness to look deep within my soul to find out exactly what I am made of and what fulfills me.
I pride myself on being a safe honest Etsy seller and buyer. I try to describe my items to the best of my knowledge. If you feel that an item is NOT as I described, please contact me first and I will gladly resolve the issue with you. I guarantee all my work and I want you to be pleased with your art piece. If you are not happy with the piece, I will refund your money minus shipping costs.
COLORS: I try very hard to accurately show my pendants by scanning the exact pendant you will be purchasing in the listing. Be aware that the colors of an image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. What looks like dark blue on one computer can appear black on another. If the exact color of the pendant is very important to you and if the description isn't clear in helping you to determine the color, please convo me or email me @ info [!at] creativeartandsoul.com and I'll will try to answer an questions you may have.
Payment
Immediate payments via Paypal are recommended. Echecks thru Paypal are accepted. I also accept checks or US postal money orders.
DON"T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
You don't have to have a Paypal account to purchase your order using a credit card (Visa, MC, Amex) thru Paypal. During checkout, click Pay with Paypal. Be sure to click the big green PAYPAL button at the last Etsy checkout page to take you to the Paypal page. On the Paypal log-in page, there is a little blurb on the left side above some Credit Card icons that says "Don't have a Paypal Account?" Click that, then follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
PAYPAL ECHECK:
Orders paid by Paypal E-check will ship after they have cleared (typically 3-7 business days).
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is calculated for West Virginia residents during the payment process (6.0%)

PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Orders not paid for within 3 days will be subject to cancellation. Please contact me if you need more time.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Orders paid using Paypal Echeck will ship when the Echeck has cleared (usually 3-7 business days).
IN A RUSH?
Feel free to request Priority or Express (overnight) mail. Actual charges will apply.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
I offer combined (discounted) shipping for orders with multiple items, and that discount should be reflected at checkout!
TO ENSURE PROMPT SHIPPING:
If your shipping address in your Etsy invoice differs from shipping address in Paypal invoice, please contact me to verify correct address to ensure proper & prompt delivery. If after multiple attempts to contact the buyer for address verification, and no reply is received, I will ship to the address provided during Etsy checkout.
LOST PACKAGES:
Please contact me if you believe your package is lost. Some destinations (such as International) may take 4-6 weeks for postal delivery as items may get held in customs for inspection.
INTERNATIONAL:
I do currently ship international via First Class International. Please do not ask me to check "gift" on the customs forms. Any additional duties or fees brought about by Customs is the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs
I live and work in a smoke-free animal friendly environment. I am the sole creator and sole proprietor of Creative Art and Soul. I do everything in my business from: website management, ad and logo designing and marketing, order taking, pendant making, packaging, shipping, attending up to 35 craft shows/year, and more!
Please note that I am not a gemologist. I describe all stones in my shop as they were sold to me by my US stone suppliers or by their common names. I can only hope that the names of stones are accurate and I often do ask for stone clarifications. Many stones are natural while many others are heat-treated, pressure-treated, dyed, synthetic or glass and I will do my best to describe each accurately. If you believe a stone is misnamed or not what I claim in my listings, feel free to contact me and inform me as I would never intentionally misrepresent my products. Thank you!
My pendants are not intended for children's jewelry, or for use by children under age 13.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
I'm sorry, I am currently not accepting any custom orders for designs I don't already etch, or for stones that I do not already have in stock.
