Creative Plethora itself does not sell any user information. All payments are handled by PayPal or Etsy. All communication via Etsy Conversations is kept for future reference for orders, in case of a dispute, etc (meaning I do not delete them). Etsy itself handles how the electronic information is stored and who has access to servers. Creative Plethora only uses name and address of buyers (provided at checkout) to fill in shipping information. Etsy keeps a list of past orders automatically and physical past order receipts may be kept on occasion. Creative Plethora is not responsible for any information that is shared on Etsy.
