My education is in art / graphic design and I enjoy designing custom cards, graphics, Etsy Store Banners and more. I am a stay at home mother of both a boy and girl and enjoy being blessed by my Etsy sales to make this possible. Thank you.

STORE POLICY:
No returns are offered on hair accessories unless there is an error with your order. No refunds on uninsured packages. Insurance is always available but must be requested and paid for by the buyer. Thank You.

SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped by1st class mail with delivery confirmation. In order to keep the shipping costs low to my customers I ship in poly bags, padded mailers and boxes when available.
Small flat rate priority mail boxes are available, if you would like your order shipped this way please contact me before purchase so I can edit your listing to reflect the cost of priority mail shipping. Please correct your paypal address if it is not correct, as I ship all orders to your address listed in Paypal. Insurance is optional and must be requested.

If you are unhappy with your order due to error made by me please contact me before leaving any feedback as I will do my best to make your experience a happy one. You may return your order for a full refund**, or have the order corrected and re-shipped. I will also pay for the return postage.
