My items are produced and handled entirely by me in a smoke-free studio.
I accept payment through PayPal, Etsy Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards.
When I see that your order has been placed, I will send an Etsy conversation confirming the order and giving an estimated shipping date. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT FOR THIS MESSAGE.
Payment MUST be received before I will ship items, including custom orders.
Taxes are collected on purchases made within New York State.
* PLEASE make sure your address is correct in Etsy. I will use your Etsy shipping/address information exactly as it appears if you are using Direct Checkout. You can always leave a message to seller or a conversation if the shipping address is different; I will need this information as soon as possible and within 24 hours after placing the order.
* Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please check your transaction for the indicated processing time, and refer to the conversation I will send confirming your order.
* Orders are shipped USPS First Class in most cases and all orders within the U.S. come with Delivery Confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends and major US holidays.
* INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
***** PLEASE NOTE that it may take 14-21 days for your package to arrive, even to Canada; international shipping times vary considerably.
For international buyers, customs fees / taxes / VAT / duties are the responsibility of the buyer! PLEASE familiarize yourself with your own country's rules regarding fees/charges for goods coming from the United States.
I cannot mislabel customs forms in order for you to avoid fees. It is a criminal offense with serious penalties. Information regarding merchandise and value are automatically generated on the printed international shipping/customs forms and I cannot change it.
International buyers are responsible for being aware of the customs/tax regulations in their own countries.
Refunds and Exchanges
* Refunds will be given only when the buyer can provide sufficient justification. If the item is returned undamaged to me, and at the buyer's shipping expense, I can refund the purchase cost of the items.
* There are NO returns or refunds given for custom orders.
* All orders sent within the United States will come with delivery confirmation. If delivery confirmation states that the item has been delivered to the address you provided, but you did not receive the item, I cannot issue a refund.
* All orders sent to destinations outside of the United States will come with a USPS tracking number that will trace the package until it leaves the US for the destination country.
