Each item I create is special to me in some way, and I like to hope they become special to someone else after their purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, I would like the opportunity to fix whatever concern you may possibly have. Maybe a clasp came loose during shipment or a glass bead managed to break at an inopportune time.
I accept paypal and paypal only since it's less hassle and a lot easier for me to use.
AP, so if you've already paid and an item has already been shipped, you will be refunded, except for shipment, and I require the item to be shipped back before refunding.
Deadlines for refunds are 7 days after purchase and processing. Once marked as shipped, the item must be sent back in order for a refund to be made. Money will be refunded on item's arrival back at the shop. No sooner. No exceptions.
I try to ship as soon as I am able, mostly the same day as payment, except on weekends. (I'm sorry, but weekends are family days, and I spend as much time out of doors as possible.) I only ship in the US at the moment, and I will try to expand sooner or later to accommodate everybody.
In the highly unlikely condition you find yourself opening a broken package, please contact me immediately and I will either replace or refund the item.
Please let me know when you receive your item and if you're pleased or upset by its contents. After all, we all know pictures aren't nearly as great as the real thing, and I want to make sure YOU as a person and customer are satisfied with the items you put your hard-earned money into.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you're still not satisfied after attempts have been made to find a solution, you may return item within seven days and I will refund (except for shipping.) Refund will be given on item's arrival at the shop.
