Welcome

Thank you for shopping at Cryztalvisions on Etsy. Your satisfaction is my primary concern.

Payment

Payment is expected at time of purchase. The default payment method here on Etsy is PayPal. I also offer Google Checkout, just send me a note requesting a Google Checkout invoice.

California residents will be charged 9% sales tax.

Shipping

I prefer to ship USPS Priority mail. I will also ship via U.S. Mail First Class or other carriers at your request.
Canadian Customers shipping price listed for jewelry items is Global Priority Mail, you can request another shipping option if you don't mind the extra shipping time and I will refund or issue a revised invoice.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of RECEIPT of PAYMENT unless your order includes a customized item.

Shipping times for customized and special orders varies. Customized items, see item description for fabrication time estimate.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Please contact me before placing your order.

I am happy to ship any where my products can be legally imported. Many countries prohibit or restrict importation of jewelry, stones and precious metals, so please check your customs regulations or contact me so I can check them for you. If you would like to see what items are prohibited or restricted to your country, you can find the information here: http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immctry.htm. Or check with your local postal service. You as the buyer are responsible for any customs duties, VATs, or import taxes.

Due to the nature of shipping orders internationally, I cannot offer delivery confirmation, Insurance is available for an extra cost on all Global Priority Mail orders.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items in ORIGINAL, unworn condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange less shipping costs. Please notify me before returning item(s).
