Cutie Pie tutus are made with yards and yards of high quality, soft tulle. They are hand tied on 3/4 inch non roll elastic and tightly double knotted for stablility. The elastic waist stretches to fit your child as she grows and is wrapped with satin ribbon to make this item both functional and adorable. Ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying.
As of April 10, 2012....All bows are sewn to your tutu to keep them from untying. All tutu dresses will be packaged in a garment bag with a hanger to ensure your dresses protection during shipment and safe storage once your item has arrived.
