2) Personalized TShirts - within 7-10 business days (almost always sooner)

Have a RUSH order? Contact us. We can for sure accommodate your needs.
We ship 2-3 day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation on every order. You will always receive a tracking number when your item gets shipped so you can track it.
We ship to your address that is on your PAYPAL Invoice and NOT your Etsy Invoice.

REFUND POLICY ON DIGITAL PRINTABLE PARTY ITEMS
We DO NOT offer refunds on ANY digital printable items that have already been emailed to you. Our Digital Invitations will be sent to you in the highest resolution. Please make sure that you are sending us a high resolution photo.
REFUND POLICY ON OUR PERSONALIZED T-Shirts, iPhone Cases, Cutting Boards and Pillow Cases.
We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our personalized items listed above. HOWEVER if we have made a mistake on your item, we will absolutely replace it in a VERY timely fashion.
Our Personalized TShirts are not embroidered. They are digital heat transfers and are guaranteed from fading, chipping, peeling, etc. etc. as long as you follow the washing instructions that we provide with every order we ship. We stand behind our product so in the rare event any of the above occur, we will replace your item free of charge.

THESE ARE THE MOST ASKED QUESTIONS FROM OUR CUSTOMERS.
Question: I love your Invitations and Decorations but I never did this before.
How does it work?
Here's how it works. You purchase our design, tell us your party information, we put your party information onto our design and email you a JPEG file. You then take our file and either upload online or save onto a disc and print at any photo lab or office supply store. Our Invitations are 5x7 and our Thank Yous are 4x6.
Question: Will it look like a photograph if I choose the photo lab route?
NO! If you choose the photo lab route, you would choose "matte or lustre finish" so it doesn't look like a glossy picture.
Question: I like the decorations you offer to match. How do those work?
Anything we sell gets printed on standard sizes. You can print any of our decorations the same method you choose to print your Invite. We send easy to assemble instructions with our orders using common things you already have in your home like string for banners, toothpicks for cupcake toppers, etc.
Question: Where do I buy envelopes?
Micheals, A/C Moore, JoAnnes Crafts, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, etc.

You can always call us at 704-776-0738 (9am-6pm) eastern standard time. We have children to so please if you need us right away and it's after hours, we ALWAYS respond to emails within 1/2 hr - 1 hour no matter what time it is unless it's the middle of night of course:).
