I am Kristy, wife to one, mommy to three with a love for all things crafty.
Born and raised in the South, I love monograms, lemonade and watching college football.
I live for Fall and everything about it..pumpkins, leaves, football, turkey and family.
The Husband and I have been married since 2001 and have 3 of the cutest kids in all the land. Really, even if they were not mine I would know they are C.U.T.E!
Cuties has been a dream of mine for many years, but the fear of the unknown held me back.
I officially started offering items in August of 2009 while pregnant with my third little one. Cutie #3 made her appearance in January of 2010. After struggling with a major post-partum depression (that stuff is NO joke!), I took a huge leap of Faith and left my full time outside the home job to run Cuties for Cuties full time. What a Day! I will never forget the excitement, nerves and fear I felt as I left my office for the last time. But there was also an indescribable peace. It has been AMAZING! The Lord has blessed us more than I can describe. I know that He is here and this is His plan for me. I love to create and it is such a blessing to be able to do what I love while doing my part to support my family.
At this time Cuties for Cuties is a one woman show.
If an item gets created, photographed, edited, posted, invoiced, sold, shipped, an email/message answered, this one woman did it. Well..unless you want to count the 15-minutes-until-the-post-office-closes-run..then The Husband will jump in.
I am thankful for each and every one of you.
I am thankful to be a part of the important times in your life such as graduations, weddings, new babies, birthdays, and holidays.
I also enjoy putting together something for you "just because".
As you know..in the South, we don't have to have an excuse to monogram it!
I only accept paypal or direct check out payments.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. I start working as soon as possible on each order. Cancellations will not be honored after 24 hours.
Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fee. Most items are shipping via USPS First Class mail. Additional shipping insurance and priority mail upgrades may be purchased by the buyer. Please contact me if you would like me to add insurance. When an item is shipped you will receive an email from Etsy or Paypal with a delivery confirmation number.
Refunds and Exchanges
Given the personalized nature of our items, returns are not accepted unless there was a error on my part. If I have made an error in your order please contact me and I will correct it right away. If I have made your tee the wrong size or spelled a name incorrectly from how it was on the order form I will correct my error. However, this does not apply if you provided the incorrect spelling or initials, wrong size or decide that you don't care for a chosen thread color. Please CAREFULLY review your Note to Seller for spellings, initials, colors, etc. This is what I will work from.

Care for your items
Appliqued or embroidered items should be washed inside out and hung to dry. If ironing is needed, items should be ironed on the reverse side with a protective layer on the design.
