Each pendant is made by hand and involves approximately 8 steps to completion so when you order plan on 3 to 6 business days before I can mail them to you. They usually go out sooner.

Concerning Orders:

I try to ship out your items within 3-6 Business days of your payment. Please let me know of any updates to your order as quickly as possible.

Payment

I accept PAYPAL only

If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will send a message to you through email and Etsy Conversation. If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment.

If payment is made with an "e-check" via PayPal, I will wait until that e-check clears PayPal before the pendants are shipped.

Shipping

Retail shipping is done in a padded envelope via USPS First Class
mail.

International Buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes with customs relevant to their country.
