✿ TURNAROUND TIME: Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be made BEFORE shipping. ✿
Delivery times vary depending on location. In general:
US Ground Advantage (first class) mail service is 3-6 business days,
USPS Priority mail service is 2-4 business days,
Canada letter post is 2-10 business days (no tracking),
If you need me to ship the item directly to the gift recipient, I can add a short handwritten message from you, just let me know!
* Please note that you can now view "scheduled to ship by dates" right on your invoice (which you can find in "your account" and "purchases").
* US customers: Your invoice will be updated automatically by the shipping software when I pack the order and print out the shipping label. You'll be able to view the tracking number on the invoice, which will be active within 24-48 hours of packing/printing shipping label/actual shipping (which is usually within a few hours of packing).

REPAIRS
In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear, I will gladly repair them free of charge within 1 year from the date of shipping.
