Payment
I accept PayPal only.
Payment is expected within 3 days of making a purchase unless prior arrangements are made. If payment is not received in 3 days the sale will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
Shipping
•I ship withing 5 business days after receiving the payment via registered airmail. Usually a delivery takes about 7-21 business days. Please note the delivery time may vary and I can't be responsible for losses or delays.
• Shipping rates include shipping, insurance and packaging costs.
•All my packages have a tracking number. NOTE: you need to sign for a package.
• All items are packaged carefully so they have to arrive in perfect condition.
•Please check if your Etsy address is correct. I alway ship to Etsy address unless you request otherwise. It is helpful to give me this info in the "note to seller".
•Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries. Buyers from California pay 8,75% tax because I receive money through PayPal representative registered in California. The tax will be charged automatically during checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
• I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if there are any problems please contact me within 3 business days after receiving the item, so we can discuss a solution.
• Sales in my shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase if the item does not meet your expectation. You will be given a full refund less shipping costs.
• If your package is returned by Post I can ship it again for additional shipping cost.
