Payment is due upon purchase via paypal.
If you'd like me to reserve an item for you, I will reserve items for 3 days - if you need longer than that to pay, I will need a downpayment before holding the item. If you do not end up paying the remainder, you will NOT get your downpayment refunded. Please only ask me to reserve an item if you actually intend to pay!
Exceptions may be made for repeat buyers only.
Please understand - this policy is in place because I had too many people requesting me to reserve (sometimes several) items and then changing their minds after a month.
Canadian buyers will have their packages shipped Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days), and US will be shipped Canada Post Tracked Packet USA (4-15 business days).
International buyers must contact me for shipping rates, as they vary significantly based on location (it will be VERY expensive to ship outside Can/US unfortunately, as I must ship with tracking).

Not everyone seems to realize that I am in CANADA not the US, so I'd like to make sure that it is clearly stated here. Therefore, there can be customs delays going over the border, and also volume delays (to any destination) during busy times, such as in December. Shipping times for the default services are not always guaranteed (only the more expensive services come with a guarantee).
Refunds and Exchanges
To avoid being in a situation where you need to return an item, please read the description carefully and if anything is unclear or if you have any questions at all, make sure to contact me before purchasing!
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of item being received (with the exception of custom items - no returns will be accepted on custom orders - if you see the word CUSTOM in the listing title, it is a custom order). Item must be shipped back in unused condition. The buyer will pay for return shipping, and original shipping will not be refunded. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exceptions may be made if I have made an error (I do my best to list everything accurately, so this hopefully shouldn't happen).
If you buy something (including custom listings) and send a cancellation request/change your mind before I ship, there will be a 20% restocking/relisting/inconvenience fee. Please make sure you read BEFORE you buy! Please realize that once an item sells, I have to remove it from all my selling platforms, so I will (sometimes) be charged fees for removing a listing, and will have to pay listing fees to relist again.

PLEASE BE AWARE:
A lot of my items are listed on other sites as well - it is very unlikely that an item will sell in both stores at the exact same time, but if that does happen, it will go to the person who purchased it first (or if it's something that can easily be remade, I will make another)
