Do you offer refunds
All sales are final. All items are handmade and time and money is spent making each customers floral creation.
Do I get my custom order deposit back if I change my mind or the wedding is canceled?
Custom order/large order deposits are non refundable. Other orders are not taken or turned away due to your ship date being scheduled at the time of your order and supplies are ordered just for your custom order. I cannot get that business back.
Do I get a refund if my order is lost in the mail?
I have been a Etsy shop owner for over 12 years and have only had this happen twice in the US.
Orders are shipped priority mail in the US which comes with tracking. I suggest international customers upgrade their shipping to priority due to the fact that I have limited tracking without it. If your order is lost in the mail in the US or internationally I cannot offer a refund (full or partial) unless the order is returned to me in the condition it was originally shipped. I will do my best to track the location of the order.
