Welcome to Heartland Label Co.'s Etsy hub: A source for branding handmade creations as your own without breaking the bank. We're made in the U.S.A. and ship world-wide directly from America's Heartland in Omaha, Nebraska.
This Etsy Boutique began as Dear Madelyn, a place to share the dolls I'd created and my little girl loved to life. Sales for the branding labels I made for their clothes and 'bums' have since taken the spotlight but the doll patterns will always be available here.

*Applying the Labels: Peel off the paper backing. When pressing the labels in use the no-steam cotton setting for several seconds (#3 setting on my iron). That should be enough. Always test one on a sample swatch of your project fabric to find the perfect pressing time. It's important to not over-press the label as over-pressing may cause the project fabric to show through the label. Stitch them in after or before hand if desired. Wash in cold water with mild detergent and tumble dry low. Very deeply colored designs may loose a bit of EXTRA ink on the initial wash, just like a pair of dark jeans but will not wash out. "The chance to know and be known unconditionally; an imperfectly, perfect opportunity to learn to love something, even better, someone to life...Herein lies the unrequited and simplistic beauty of the rag doll." D. G. Davidson
