Hello and thank you for visiting e5jewelry!
Each piece is hand fabricated by me in my studio. I work with copper, brass, sterling and fine silver and metal clays. I use natural and lab grown stones, depending on what the design calls for. Natural stones and the benefit of their energy are listed in the description if the piece is designed with that intention. When inspired, I combine leather, wire, beads and red silk thread into my work.
All orders within the U.S. are shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation. All orders over $100 will be shipped insured.
My patinas on the copper are created using a heat method, wax, liver of sulfur and/or sea salt and vinegar. Unless otherwise stated in the description, all my copper pieces are sealed with 2-3 coats of laquer and a protective wax. With some pieces, upon customer request or for the patina to become richer with age, only a protective wax is given to the finish.
My materials are sourced from reputable suppliers that practice fair trade.

Payment

I accept PayPal. All major credit cards are excepted. If payment is not received within 48hrs. the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed. All orders will be shipped within 24 hrs of confirmation of payment.

Shipping

All items within the U.S. are shipped Priority Mail USPS with delivery confirmation. If you wish your item to be insured please send me a note indicating this before you make your purchase so I may add it. All orders over $100 will be insured.
Your item should arrive within 2-3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
e5 ships Internationally using USPS Priority Mail. * Expected* delivery is 6-10 days. Please contact me before your purchase if you wish your item to be sent for a lesser rate with USPS First Class. USPS First Class Mail. Delivery is within 2-2.5 weeks. **Please note** Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs fees that may be applied.
Your item will arrive in a 100% recycled professional box, ready for gift giving. All items are wrapped with love and care.

Refunds and Exchanges

I appreciate your feedback, and wish for you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, please contact me so we may find a solution.
I except returns within 5 days after confirmation of delivery. Please contact me through Etsy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The item must arrive back to me in the same gift box and condition it was sent in or I will not be able to issue a refund.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
