Deepshade's Shop Policies

Welcome

Thanks for checking out Deepshade Creations! Here you will find all handmade, all the time. Take off your coat and stay awhile!

Payment

I'll gladly accept all methods of payment available through Etsy (check, money order, PayPal). Checks and e-checks will require approximately a week to clear.

Shipping

Orders are shipped first class via USPS. All items paid for with PayPal or money order are sent within 3 days of receipt of payment. Items paid for by check or e-check will be sent as soon as the check has cleared.

If paying by PayPal, and your PayPal and Etsy addresses don't match, please send me a quick note with your order to let me know which address to use! I'll hold off on sending until I've been able to contact you to confirm which address you'd prefer your jewelry shipped to.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand by my items, and take the best of care when creating and packaging them. If you're not satisfied with your jewelry, please let me know, and I'll be happy to issue an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs).

Additional Policies and FAQs

I welcome custom orders! If you like the style of the items I have listed, but they're just not quite what you had in mind.. be it different colors, different sizes, etc.. just send me a message and I'll be happy to work with you on getting you the piece you want.

Interested in purchasing wholesale? For information and policies, please contact me with the name, address and some information about your shop, a website if you have one, and a contact name. A tax ID number will be required before purchase.

Shopping for the holidays? Let me know if your order is a gift! I'll be happy to ship to the recipient's address and gift wrap for no extra charge.
