I guarantee my items for defects in workmanship. You may return for repair/replacement of the defective part. I will gladly replace it if it is available. Some materials I use are one of a kind.

I do not guarantee defects in the stones or materials themselves as these are not possible to discover beforehand. I will replace them at cost of material and shipping.

I will also adapt items that can be resized. Some designs will not allow changes in size, but I can add extenders in many cases.

Item will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of order.
