I love making new and useful things out of old and often, discarded materials. Because my creations are made out of recycled materials it will mean that each item is individual and unique. If you see something you'd like, but would like it personalised or in a different colour, just send me a message with your requirements.
I only currently accept Paypal as a payment method. As soon as I receive your payment, I will aim to send your item within 5 working days.
Parcels are sent out through Royal Mail First Class Standard Service. Larger items may be sent via courier so please be sure to have an address where items can be signed for on delivery, preferably a work address. Please let me know if you have a preferred day for delivery.
Any customs tax due on items sent internationally are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I aim to describe my items as accurately as possible and I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you wish to return or replace the item, please notify me first within 7 days of receipt. The item must be placed in relevant packaging to safeguard its return. All postages fees will be deducted before a full refund is given for the undamaged item.
Royal Mail is a reliable service and hopefully orders won't go astray. I am unable to refund on items lost in the post therefore if you would like insurance with your item please let me know and I will work out the extra costs.
Any damage to the item and its packaging must be notified within 3 days of receipt. A replacement or refund will be made once the item is returned.
