Welcome to Delightfully Noted, your source for all things paper! Our original designs are professionally printed, cut, scored, folded, & packaged by yours delightfully. Questions? Ideas? Please feel free to contact me.
Delightfully Noted accepts payments made through Paypal . You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card. We also accept payment through direct check out as well.
Illinois residents will be charged a 7.25% sales tax.
Shipping is conducted through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the quantity/weight of your order. Insurance will be included on all orders over $50.00.
Non-personalized items are typically printed and shipped within 3-4 business days. Digital proofs are included for all party invitations and some personalized stationery and are sent within 48 hours from time of purchase; items typically ship within 3-5 business days upon receipt of approval. Please allow 5-7 business days for most personalized items. Turnaround time on custom design or large orders will be provided.
*If you are in need of a rush on your order please message me to confirm I can accomodate you. I try my best to work with all customer's turnaround request.
International shipping may incur additional fees or duties when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note shipping to most countries takes 1-2 weeks delivery in addition to our shop's processing time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Non-personalized items may be refunded or exchanged with in 14 days of purchase. Items returned must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If there is a mistake on my behalf Delightfully Noted will cover returned shipping cost.
Due to the nature of customized items, we can not provide a refund on these products. A digital proof will be provided for all party invitation orders and some personalized stationery so please make sure to look over them thoroughly prior to approving. There are no refunds on orders with errors that were approved. We can replace the order at your cost. If the final order does not reflect what you signed off on Delightfully Noted will be more than happy to reprint & ship the order at our own cost.

Custom orders are always welcomed! Delightfully Noted's designs ARE NOT available in digital format. We do not sell our designs as printables or PDFs. All orders are printed and shipped to you.
