Payment
★ DesiCloe accepts only PayPal.
If paying by PayPal, kindly pay as soon as you finish checking out.
★ I am pretty flexible and will allow 3 days or so before I cancel a sale. Please do not abuse this! If you need me to hold an order- all you have to do is let me know and I will be happy to. Thanks in advance!
★ If you have any questions on payment options just let me know before or during checkout and I will get back to you right away. :)
Shipping
★ I will ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy account. Please check that this address match with the Paypal one.
★ Prints are shipped from Italy within 48 hours of payment recieved.
★ Once mailed, your order will be marked as "Shipped item". Check your purchases in "Your Etsy" to learn more about it.

★ Packages will be sent International priority airmail, without any tracking number.
If you want insured mail convo me and I'll upgrade your shipping fees.

★ Delivery time estimations :
- around 15/20 days of delivery to countries outside Europe.
- 7 days of delivery to most European countries.
- 3/5 days to Italy.
★ Please note that sometimes packages can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in some countries.
★ You are responsible for customs fees or taxes. It's also your responsibility to know if your country has restrictions about imported parcels from Italy.
Refunds and Exchanges
★ In case you have a problem, you are not happy about your purchase, please contact me immediately , we'll find a solution! It is very important for me that you are satisfy about your purchase!
★ If needed, I will refund or exchange upon the return of the item(s) or if you can prove with a picture the damage done.
The customer will be responsible for both return and original shipping cost.
★ If your order hasn't arrived yet in a reasonable delay, please contact me and we'll discuss that. Note that some orders can take up to 4 WEEKS to arrive.

★ Copyright is non transferable, meaning I retain full rights to any images and may make prints of the original artwork, or use digital copies of the original artwork (to show in website galleries etc). When you purchase a painting, you do not purchase the right to reproduce it in any form, copyrights to an image can, be discussed if you require to reproduce the painting in some way (personal or commercial!)
