I noted on my Web site that orders placed after Dec. 2 might not arrive in time for Christmas, but I am trying to get as many orders as I can to you regardless. I also noted that I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery and that orders can take 2-3 weeks to ship. I am currently filling orders from Nov. 28. My goal is to mail 40 orders each day until Christmas.

Several hundred soaps were ordered during the month of November and December. I individually make and ship each item, and the interest was unexpected. The morning of Dec. 12, I decided to put my shop in "vacation mode" in an attempt to catch up with orders. I want to serve everyone as well as possible.

If you experienced a problem with a received order, I will get back with you as soon as possible.
