Shipping is typically done on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on package destination.
International orders require customs forms, and once your package leaves the U.S., arrival times depend on country specific protocol.
I insure orders over $100 automatically at no additional cost.
I am working as best as I can to give customers the lowest possible shipping cost, while insuring the best delivery/insurance coverage possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason your item arrives broken, I will be happy to send a new one. However, breaks that occur in the care of the customer are not covered. These items are very delicate and breaks do happen when not carefully handled. For damages, please send a description of the damage and preferably a picture so I can replicate your piece as closely as possible.
