The doll is on a table near my bed so, I can see it every morning when I wake up. I lost my Mom and I am all alone, but this doll reminds of my dreams! Custom and personalized orders
MY CUSTOM WINDOW WILL BE CLOSED TILL FURTHER NOTICE. I have become a care giver for my mother along with all my other responsibilities. During this time I will take request for particular colors, etc. I can't guarantee but I will try hard to fill as many request as I can, so contact me to see when I will be listing particular colors in angels, dolls, and florals. I may have what you want coming up!

Gift wrapping and packaging
Each doll is shipped individually. New clean fresh boxes are used and a lot of care is taken with wrapping to ensure your purchase arrives safely. These boxes can be wrapped and given if it is a gift so that the recipient will have a way to store their angel until the next holiday. If you are a collector and you rotate your dolls with the seasons you can store her till her season returns.

Our items are not available for wholesale at this time.
Regarding Returns
Much effort is made to make sure it is as excellent as possible and that it is packed securely. In the case of damage by carrier please notify within 24 hours and after the proper investigation Etsy will give you a full refund. Providing pictures of the damaged box and contents will help make the process faster. Circumstances do vary but ALL returns MUST be approved and returned WITH tracking numbers. When the return has been approved & the item is returned in perfect condition the item cost will be refunded. Any item returned without approval will NOT be refunded and returned to the sender. Items must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt. Using items for holiday decorations and then returning them is not allowed and will not be refunded.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Unless you request otherwise, we will ship mainly USPS Priority within the United States. We are then able to provide tracking numbers and your package is insured. Some states are more expensive to ship priority so we will ship the fastest way based on the shipping cost associated with the purchase. If you need a faster ship or prefer a different carrier we will do our best to use them although there may be an appropriate additional cost. Convo me if you have questions before you purchase.
SHIPPING LABELS ARE PRINTED BASED ON WHAT SHOWS IN ETSY RECORDS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE AN ACCURATE AND CURRENT ADDRESS ON ETSY AND PAYPAL, IF NOT, IT COULD DELAY SHIPMENT. ALSO IF USPS DOES NOT VERIFY THE ADDRESS I WILL NOT PRINT A SHIPPING LABEL.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
If you are from a country other than those listed please feel free to contact me. I would need to find out exactly how much it would cost to ship to you but I will hold your desire until I find out. Then you will know exactly the shipping cost from here. I believe USPS First Class International is the usual carrier.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOMETIMES IT TAKES LONGER TO REACH YOU THAN EXPECTED and your country's Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs maybe prior to buying. I would love to ship to you if that can be determined before hand.

REGARDING RESERVED LISTINGS
I keep what I call a DESIGN LIST. If you are looking for a particular color for your holiday decorating I am happy to share when I will be working on that color story. I sew by color lots. If I am contacted regarding a color I usually will give opportunity for the hair color desired, size, etc. If a customer requests for me to contact them when that color or design is about to be listed I will. IF you decide you want to purchase it and request a reserve for it, then after I put up a reserved listing because you said you wanted to purchase it and then you do not, and do not contact me that reserve will be removed and the item listed for the general public. In such cases as that I will not reserve another item.
