All of the items are made from designer fabrics with top quality Comfort Hardware... Only the finest for your dog or pet. "Plus all of my dog collars are sewn with matching thread which costs a little more and takes more time, however, the finished product is worth it. Many sellers use a plastic clear thread which can leave prickly edges." With so many items to choose from in my store, I know that you will find the perfect item to match your best friends personality! Each collar is like an original ... because as I cut fabric the patterns will change, so each collar is different.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER? As a suggestion, I recommend ordering 2-3 or more weeks in advance...order as soon as you think you want your item created.. the soon the better. Depending on the time of year and how many orders are purchased before your order will determine how long it will take to create your custom item. Please contact me if you need an item/s by a certain date.

SPORTS Collars - Some of the sports collars have large lettering. If you would like more of the lettering to show up on the collar you purchase a small or medium, you may want to "upgrade to a 1 inch wide dog collar". First purchase the collar you want, then purchased this upgrade...(2 items in your cart before you check out.

Buttons on the ribbon bows and bow ties... The buttons are made with the same fabric as the dog collars. Buttons may vary from one ribbon bow/bow tie as I use the fabric to make the buttons.. All of them are cute and will match the dog collar! The bows and bow ties are held on with 6-8 elastic bands and 6-8 extra elastic bands will ship with each order along with instructions to change the bands.

Shipping Delays: Any delays will be posted in this section...Once in a great while there may be a shipping delay. That information is posted here in this section. Most delays would be noted if I am on a buying trip, vacation, or when we are in a heavy sales time of the year.

How long does it take? If you need an item by a certain date, please just send me an email and I can let you know if I can make your timeline. I make all of the items that I sell with some help from me husband. Items are made in the order they are purchased. If I have the item in stock, it will ship out in 48 hours. Items that I make can take 3-5 days or 1-4 weeks, depending on the time of year and how many orders are purchased before your order. (Busiest time of year is from July to the end of January,,,)

SHIPPING: Please remember, when I ship the item the tracking number will appear on your purchased item and you will receive an e-mail from me stating the item is shipped. I cannot be responsible once the item ships. If an items is shown as delivered by the Post office, please contact the post office if your item is not in your mail box.

If there is a large overage combined purchases there may be a refund sent to the buyers account. The refund will be sent to the same account as how the buyer paid.. direct payment through Etsy or PayPal.

International shipping. Large overages on shipping will be refunded to you. Buyers are responsible for all purchases and if items are allowed to be ship to their country. I cannot be responsible to know if an item is allowed in the country or if there will be custom charges for the package entering the company.. Please check with your shipping services in your country for more information. You will receive an email when the item is shipped. Once the item ships, I cannot be responsible for the deliver. Please check with your postal service.

Custom orders cannot be returned. Please see return policies.

Please note: In most cases all items can be completed after the order is placed. If for some reason the fabric or ribbon or is not available, I will reorder the item and complete the order when the item/s arrive. In vary rare cases I may need to contact the buyer to let them know the item is unavailable because the item/s are sold out.

Laser items will also be completed in the order the item was received. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me before the order is placed. Thank you!

I have sewn for over 30 years. I started making clothing items for my Toy Fox Terriers because I could not find items that would fit them. As other saw them they wanted to purchase one for their dogs. I love make new designs and love all of the amazing fabric. I list new items often, so I hope you will check back often!
