Hello there
During the Covid crisis we are unable to visit the post office as we are shielding.
Free 2nd class postage in the UK - 2 to 4 working days from leaving us - not guaranteed
1st Class postage - 1 to 2 working days from leaving us - not guaranteed
There will be no Next Day Special deliveries as that requires a trip to the post office.
Large orders will be posted by currier.
Please get in touch with us as soon if you need it by a certain date. That way we can advise on postage and if it is doable or not.
International flights
We are more than happy to ship world wide but can only use Standard airmail as anything else will require a visit to the post office which we cannot do due to shielding.
Please understand that there could be delays through the postal system, especially the International orders which appear to be taking several weeks due to fewer flights out of the UK. Sadly there is nothing I can do about this.
Because of this your orders may take longer to arrive.
Wecannot give refunds on orders lost or delayed in the post. Sorry. At best we maybe able to make a small claim on the postage/shipping insurance but this takes time and is not guaranteed.
