My shop does offer custom made and pricing varies from project to project, please contact me should you want something custom made. A custom made listing would be made just for your project once details are finalized. Your measurements would be used to make your garment. Some examples of something custom made, would be anything from cosplay costumes, prom dresses, wedding dresses, custom swimsuit, custom dresses, or etc. Custom made is strictly a non-refundable item and is final sale.

I have size charts either included in each listing as a photo or in the description detail, please check the size chart to find out what size the garment would be closest to your body type. If you need help to determine sizing, please feel free to reach out to me. As of now, my shop does not offer the option of customizing our ready to wear garments, but if you need a standard size that is not yet available in a garment, I might be able to accommodate your request.

At the moment, my shop does not accept returns or exchanges. My brand is a slow fashion brand that handmakes everything in the shop made-to-order, which means it takes time to make each item and in the color that you want when you order, as we don't keep any garments on hand already made, and each item is made with care and love.

There are color charts in each listing that consist of a swatch color chart or a photo of how the garment looks in each color that we have in stock and available. Keep in mind that different digital screens and lighting may make the colors vary slightly from different shades or hues, so although the color charts are very close to the actual color of the garment's fabric color, we do not guarantee any color matches. Please double check with us prior to purchase if you are looking for specific colors or need help with selecting color choices.

My shop ships items via USPS for almost all items unless requested to ship with another carrier. We offer standard shipping, priority shipping, and express shipping through USPS. If you need something ship same day to be delivered the next, I would need to know by minimum of 10am that day, with the order placed by the 10am deadline. Express USPS mail usually get to buyers the next business day if shipped before the cut off time.

We use fabrics that are comfortable and soft to the touch. As of now, most of our clothing is made with Jersey Rayon/Spandex, Nylon/Spandex for swimwear, and Lycra. Most of our masks are made with 100% cotton, with the exception of some of our specialty masks that are made with spandex or polyester fabrics. We will continue to use these fabrics for the time being in an array of different colors and prints, but our goal is to become a more sustainable brand in the future utilizing natural and organic fabrics.

Our shop's processing time frame is usually 3-5 business days, no weekends or holidays included, but vary depending on the season and how busy our shop gets. Most of the time we can meet our processing time, but from time-to-time things do happen and we may need extra time to complete your order before shipping it out. Everything is handmade and made to order, so sometimes some garments take longer than expected, and when this happens, there will be notification if it should ship out later than expected. Processing times do not include the time frame after shipping. Processing times are prior to shipping time frames, and should be included in the time it takes to receive the item purchased.
