► INTERNATIONAL All items are ready to ship and will be shipped out within 24-48 hours. Monday throught Friday via Signed Priority Recommended shipping method with Tracking number.
If for any reson your package do not arrive, please let me know. My Post Office have a duty and obligation to track it and find it.
If you need a package shipped via different shipping method please email me before making purchase.
For Europe delivery time is around 7-12 bussines days and for rest of the world 9-30 bussines days, but usually (not guaranty) it takes from 7-15 bussines days.

► TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your item is left Croatia you track your package in your country post office site.
Maybe tracking will show your package being “frozen” with message "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment", but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and it is in tranzit.

► UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATEMPTS
Refunds for unsuccessful delivery atempts because of providing wrong shipping addresses, incomplete addresses, not picking up your items after delivery attepts will be issued once package returnes to as. And will not be shipped again unless an extra shipment charge is covered.
Shipping charge are non-refundable in this case, unless mistake is made by my part than it will be issued refund for item price and shipping charge you payed.
Please underatand I can not be responsable for not picking packages, providing wrong or incomplete addresses or providing addresses you moved from here on Etsy during purchase your order.


► CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES
Custom/duty charges are buyers responsabilit and buyers are responsible for knowing theirs country’s customs and duty policies.

► All custom orders or orders with specific requests are shipped within 1-3 bussines days.

► When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs. I do NOT have any control over this, it's in the hands of your country's customs officials. Once I have shipped your package, I can't do anything with it once it's in the hands of customs officials and your country's postal service.

► All communication between the customer and Donasy shop takes place exclusively and only through etsy convos.
Communications through other channels or emails can result in delays.
