In order for you to receive the wig as seen in the picture and ready to be worn we spend a great deal of care in preparing the parcel. Every wig comes on a blank polystyrene head, attached to the box and carefully packed in order for it to travel safely and maintain its shape. This is not the “made-up” head you see in the picture, but a brand new one.

We always send you the wig in the safest and fastest way possible. After we dispatch it, the parcel will normally take 24 to 48 hours within UK or 5 to 10 working days everywhere else to be delivered. When you plan to buy your wig, please consider that a little extra time might be required as your wig might incur in custom checks. Where possible, we always choose Insurance, Tracking and/or Signed For services, providing you all details in the confirmation mail. We normally dispatch Monday to Friday.

MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM STYLE WIGS: we love to satisfy your style desires. Contact us with your request, reference pictures, sketches, whatever you feel would help to come up with the perfect project. Once agreed on the project we will upload a reserved listing. After the purchase, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for the wig to be ready. Pictures of the completed result will be then sent for final approval before shipping.
