I’ve always had a passion for baking but didn’t start making gluten-free baked goods until a few years ago when my Dad (Dr. Happy) became allergic to gluten. Once he was diagnosed, the whole family decided to stop eating gluten with him. After trying almost every gluten free muffin, cookie, and brownie out there, I decided that I could do better! Now that I have mastered the art of making deliciously moist organic baked goods without gluten, I want to share them with everyone else who loves a sweet treat!
