Hi! Welcome to Dragonfly Alley
It is hard to believe that it is that time of the year already. The holiday shows have already started.

I will be at the Holiday Market at
Discovery World at 500 Harbor Dr. Milwaukee WI
Saturday Dec. 5th & Sunday December 6th 10:00am to 4:00pm My shop will be closed for those two days. If you live in the area please stop by, I would love to meet you!

Here is a little bit about the process I use for my felted items. I hand make everything using the age old process of nuno or laminate felting in which soap, hot water and a lot of elbow grease fuse fibers together making a very strong yet soft fabric. I use the highest quality of silk, wool and various fibers that I can find. Then I embellish with rayon threads, wool locks, silk fibers, glass beads and silver charms. This is truely the most creative part of each item as it really brings each piece to life. The process is very labor intensive and many hours are needed but the rewards are worth it in the uniqueness of each piece.

You can travel from garden(catagory) to garden(catagory) and find great garden inspired art. I'm the resident artist here. My name is Molly by the way. As you are meandering through the alley you will notice how things reflect my great love of flowers. The place is an explosion of color, texture, and interesting materials. Lots of different kinds of things too. I am always trying something new. Hans Hoffman says that "Every art expression is rooted in the personality and temperament of the artist" So true. So true!
