Please note that we do not ever take custom orders that are outside of our current color/design repertoire.
However, if you would like an item that we already make, but in a different color, or personalized, this MAY be something we can accommodate if/when we are not busy.
Please feel free to message me with your requests, but note that the wait will likely be at least 4-6 weeks.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS:
Once your item leaves our studio, you will be provided with a tracking number to refer to if you need to contact the USPS about your package(s).

A note about "FREE SHIPPING":
Shipping costs are NOT "free", no matter what Etsy says, they are rolled into your price somewhere, somehow.
If you should need to RETURN an item, you are responsible for return shipping and your refund will be for the "product price" only, and will not include the shipping cost of the original package.

Please double check your item's status BEFORE ordering to make sure your item is "Ready to Ship/In Stock" or "Made to order". If you have a question about shipping times, please contact us BEFORE ordering and we will give you as much information as possible to make the best purchasing decision for your needs :)
Please note that our "MADE TO ORDER" items, have a production time of approximately 4 weeks. If ordering as a gift, please give yourself and us plenty of time, or check our "READY TO SHIP" sections :)
EUROPEAN/INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTICE:
New European Union tax rules will change the way import tax is collected. Beginning July 1, 2021 Etsy will begin collecting import VAT on physical goods under €150 that are shipped to the EU from an outside country.
For items under €150, the listing price shown to EU buyers will include the import VAT amount, so it will be easy to understand how much you’ll pay for your item at a glance. This VAT will be automatically collected BY ETSY from the buyer at the time of purchase, then sent to local tax authorities.

It feels more dainty and delicate than my other hand made mugs which I love so much because of my intention with it as well. Gorgeous and will last me a lifetime and beyond.

Frequently asked questions
How big are your mugs?
Our mugs are all made completely by hand from a mushy lump of clay! Therefore, sizes will vary. We make our best effort to estimate the volume of each mug we make.
All measurements are made in US Fluid Ounces ie.. 14 fl. oz., 12 fl. oz.
If you have specific size requirements, please contact us BEFORE ordering so we can accommodate your request :)

Please note - Large dish orders can take up to 6 weeks to produce, dry and kiln fire before shipping takes place. Please plan accordingly :)
While we love to make fun pottery dreams come true, we do reserve the right to refuse any/all custom orders during our busiest times of year, or if the request is for an item(s) that is not in our current style or glaze color pallet.
GENERAL CARE & USE
All of our work is 100% microwave and dishwasher safe unless specifically stated in the listing due to additions such as leather, cork, ribbon etc.
Since our pieces are completely handmade and kiln fired to over 2200°F, the images, colors and writing on our pots are all true parts of the work and not just added to it.
If used with care, your pottery should last you a lifetime and beyond :)
BAKING & COOKING
Handmade bake ware is a fantastic addition to any dinner table, and clean up is a breeze!
Here are some tips to help you keep your bake ware for many many years.
•It is recommended that you DO NOT pre-heat the oven, instead, let the pot & contents heat up with the oven.
•When baking in your new pottery, take care not to thermo-shock it.
•Do not place a cold pot into a blazing hot oven
•Do not put cold water/liquids into a blazing hot pot.
•Do NOT under any circumstance, place pots over direct flame.
RETURNS & REFUNDS and info about items that shipped "Free"...
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt of your package as shown on the USPS website.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
***If your item arrived broken you MUST include a photograph of your item with your refund request.
***IF your item shipped "FREE" and/or was listed as "SHIPPING INCLUDED", your refund will be for the PRODUCT COST ONLY.
The refund will NOT include the original shipping costs.
A screen capture of the cost difference can be provided upon request.
Your package is showing as "Delivered" but you don't have it?
Once a package is marked by USPS as "Delivered", you'll need to do the following if you cannot find your item:
1- Ask members of your household & your neighbors or front office
2- Contact your local post office or speak to your USPS delivery person, make sure you have your tracking # handy.
3- Ask them for GPS coordinates of the delivery
4- If it was delivered to the wrong address, you'll need to address this with USPS directly.
5- If it was delivered to the correct address, and you believe your package was stolen, you'll need to report this to the local police. It is no longer a issue that I or USPS can deal with, it is now a police matter.
Neither our shop, Etsy, or USPS is responsible for items stolen from your private property.
