Dream Acre Designs is temporarily closed to fill existing orders, and for the artist--me!--to recover from the flu.
For those of you who placed orders after my Mother's Day cutoff date of April 30th, my current production time is still 2-3 weeks, but closer to 3 due to illness. My 2-3 week turnaround time has been posted at the top of my shop since the first week of May.
I am doing EVERYTHING I can to take good care of my customers, as I always do. Getting sick is never fun, but at this busy time of year, it has caused my business to lose money, and has been frustrating and disappointing.
I am grateful to those of you who know getting sick was out of my hands, and are patient enough to wait. I know when you are looking forward to receiving something, 3 weeks can feel like a long time, but remember, you will be receiving a handmade, high quality piece that was custom made just for you. I realize that some of you may not have read my shop announcement, and if waiting is a problem, I will be happy to issue you a full refund, AS LONG AS I HAVE NOT STARTED ON YOUR ORDER YET.
