My images are from old magazines, post cards, books, scrapbook paper, and or printed paper. I select just the right background for the images because I want my products to become a unique and creative conversation piece in your home. Note: Made to Order and Special Request listings are taking a little longer for the coats of gloss to cure due to the high temperatures and high humidity in the Dallas area. Please allow an extra day or two for those orders to ship.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
I love the challenge of a Special Request so don't hesitate to contact me if you don't see what you want. I will send you the cost plus shipping before I list your special request. After your approval, I will list it and send you a convo telling you it is ready for purchase. I will start on your request after you make the purchase. I will also send you another convo to tell you when it shipped. Two way communication is very important so if there is a problem please contact me.
SHIPPING
I ship to the address on the Etsy invoice so please make sure it's the correct address.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If your item does not arrive safely, and there is damage, please contact within one week of purchase date and let me know if you want a replacement, shop credit, or a refund. You will have to mail the product back to me and I am sorry but the shipping costs are non-refundable. If I made an error, I will also refund your return shipping cost as well.
