The ebooks delivery is not automated. I try to send them within a few hours of purchase but sometimes it may take up to 24 hours.

These are PDF files not paper books.
I do not have an automated system for sending the ebooks. Unless otherwise requested (or if there is a problem) I send links for downloading the pdf. I will not snail mail a cd. The email containing the link(s) to your ebook(s) is sent as soon as I get the email confirming payment. Usually that is within an hour or two. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours. I use the email address connected to your Paypal account.
If you have not received an email containing the link(s) within 24 hours, please check your junk mail folder. If it is not there, please contact me and include the email address you want the link(s) sent to.
