After 20 years of dreaming and planning, I'm realizing my dream of a gift shop where all the items are handmade by me. I began sewing when I was 9 on Barbie doll clothes. My grandmother was a beautiful seamstress and she taught me well. I began sewing professionally when I was 19 and have been sewing ever since. Sewing is my passion and I take great pride in what I produce.
The idea behind EJs Closet is to provide a unique, one-of-a-kind gift for the hard-to-shop-for person. Let the people in your life know how much you care by giving a gift made in the USA. I use 100% cotton fabrics; but will gladly make any item offered out of whatever fabric you desire.
I must give credit where credit is due...my dear friend, Eileen Smith, makes the beautiful book marks you see in my shop. She puts a drop of inspiration in every one she makes.
