Currently shipping information is international!
Payment must be received prior to shipment. All items listed in the shop are currently made and will be shipped to you within seven business days. I try to ship by the next business day, but I do sometimes take a short vacation, so that is why I say that I will ship within seven business days. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping times, please feel free to convo me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
For custom request/multiples and wholesale orders, they will be mailed out in several weeks. Let me know if you need the order sooner and I'd be more than happy to work with you. Also, shipping will be slightly increased for more than three items.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. International shipping may take up to 8 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to describe the items as accurately as possible in my listings. Please read my listings carefully. I have included the sizes of the items in the listing. Please feel free to message me prior to purchase if you have any questions about sizes. I package carefully. See listing pictures for specifics or send me a message if you have any questions on packaging.
All pictures are taken very carefully, but please note that colors may vary slightly from one computer screen to the next and I cannot be held responsible for slight color variations as shown on different computer monitors.
All *wholesale* items will be shipped in a protective plastic wrap (such as bubble wrap) and not in boxes.
All sales are final. No refunds.
I do accept exchanges on special circumstances. We need to discuss why the return is being made prior to any other actions and if I accept the exchange, then we will move from there. You must return the original product within 7 days. Also, if I do not receive the item within 7 days, I will not provide an exchange. For all exchange items, you will be required to pay a separate shipping price and the difference in cost (if the item costs more), as well.
