At Hair of the Dog, we take the leftovers of the dog that “bit” you, and turn them into functional products that make great gifts for fellow Eco-Imbibers. Everything is completely handmade from recycled and/or secondhand materials, using a variety of DIY techniques. Wherever "new" materials are used, they are always eco-friendly and cruelty-free.

Shipping

I ship all orders using USPS. Light items ship via First Class Mail, heavier ones via Priority. I try to ship all orders by the next business day or two. If there is a delay beyond that, I will let you know! Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic orders. USPS now charges different rates for Priority Mail packages based on location. Because Etsy only allows one shipping rate to be included with each item, some prices have either been averaged or I have gone with the higher rate. If your package is more than $2 less than the actual shipping charge, I will issue a refund for the difference via PayPal.

International shipping charges are all estimated. If your package ends up being $2 or more less than what I charged you, I will issue a partial refund through PayPal. The buyer is completely responsible for any taxes or import fees imposed by your country. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please let me know, and I will be happy to calculate that additional charge for you.
