I would like to share with you my collection of diamond settings with precious stones. Here you will find rare specimens of fancy colored sapphires and tanzanites that would enrich your collection of jewelry with incomparable tones and sparkle.

It is important to know that diamonds and colored stones I use in my jewelry are purchased in the US or Canada and are conflict free.

Just a few words about the clarity of colored stones:
I use only very clear transparent stones graded VS-SI. My stones are EYE-CLEAN, unless specified otherwise. By eye-clean I mean they are transparent, not milky or opaque. Being neither heat-treated, nor clarity-enhanced, they may have some characteristics that to my opinion do not diminish the overall beauty of these sapphires. I spend a lot of time picking high quality gems with attractive and often rare hue that you might not be able to find elsewhere. To avoid any possible misunderstanding regarding color/clarity, I offer 7-day inspection period for all my rings except custom-orders.

The best word to describe my jewelry is "delicate". Most of my diamond settings are pretty fragile. They are well made and will stand regular wear and tear, however, dropping or banging may damage the ring. If you like the dainty look of the ring please acknowledge, it is achieved by using tinier prongs and thinner gold band - that make the ring more sensitive to rough usage. If you have doubts about durability of the ring due to your lifestyle - please contact me and I`ll suggest the design that is more solid and hard to be damaged.

When you buy a ring at EidelPrecious, it comes in a beautiful wooden or leather gift box. Kindly note, identification certificate for the jewelry issued by an independent third party GIA certified Graduate Gemologist (GG) can only be provided upon request at additional charge. If you have not contacted me to order an appraisal at the moment of purchase, the ring will be shipped without paperwork.

Although, I love to work on custom orders, my schedule does not allow me to take any custom orders at this time.
I do my best to answer your messages asap during the week, however Friday-Sunday I do things away from my computer, so please be patient :)

RETURN POLICY


VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL RETURNS!!!!
If you are sending the ring back for any reason (return, repair, etc..) you MUST use USPS. Please do not ship UPS/Fedex/DHL - I am charged hundreds dollars for taxes and brokerage fees. I will not accept (pay for) any packages that have not been sent with USPS. Please respect this policy, otherwise your parcels will be returned to you.

If you are for ANY reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it in original condition within 7 days for a 96% refund (4% Etsy fees I pay for any transaction are not refundable). In case any alterations were made by your request (change of size, etc), a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note, CUSTOM ORDERS can only be returned if the jewelry is not as described or has any defects. Unfortunately, I can not accept return of CUSTOM ORDERS for any other reason.

Shipping cost is not refundable.
