Welcome to EightOSeven Custom Designs! We strive to make our customers happy and their homes beautiful.

Payment

We accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. If using a check, please allow time for the check to clear before your order is shipped. There will be a $20 fee for returned checks.

For custom orders, once the item is purchased you have 48 hours to contact us to cancel. Please understand that we take the time to make your order to your specifications and due to the nature of this process, we cannot cancel a custom order once the product is made. If you prefer to pay when the custom order is done, please message us and we will find mutually agreeable terms.

Shipping

Products will be shipped within 48 hours of sale unless different arrangements have been made or are stated in the product description. Shipping upgrades are available upon request and are equal to rates of shipper for desired delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item will be one of a kind. If you are buying something "custom made", please understand that there could be minor variations between the product you receive and the picture used to advertise the product. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know and give us a chance to rectify the situation! Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If an item is not received within 2 weeks of expected ship date, please contact us.
