♦ Welcome to Elements & Artifacts, a series of themed artisan jewelry and art creations based on various myths, legends, histories, and customs. Thank you for taking a moment to view my store policies!

→ Much of my work is one-of-a-kind or produced in small quantities. When it's possible and time allows, I will revisit an item if something you love has been sold. Please check to see if I am accepting custom requests in my shop announcement.
I will gladly reserve a coveted item for you if it has captured your heart but payday is just out of reach. Requests can be sent in as soon as an update goes live, but not sooner. When I am able to sort through them, they will be honored in the order in which they were received. Please note that reserve times are limited to a duration of one week and will be released after that time.

Payment
♦ I accept Paypal and Money Orders. Please note that e-checks and money orders will cause a delay in shipping while I wait for the payment to clear.
Residents of CA will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Shipping
♦ All ready-made orders to the US will be mailed within 1-3 business days and International orders will be mailed within 5 business days after receipt of payment.
I ship via First Class in a padded mailer; US packages include Delivery Confirmation.
Please convo me if you desire Priority Mail, Express Mail, or insurance and I will create a custom invoice for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
♦ Please contact me within 10 days of receipt of your order if you are not completely satisfied so that I may try to remedy the issue. I offer returns or exchanges within the 10 day grace period, provided that the item is returned to me promptly in the same condition it was received in.
I do everything I can to ensure that your item is crafted with care so that it has a long life, but please be gentle with your handmade Elements & Artifacts creations. Repairs are not always possible due to the limited nature of some stones and findings. When repairs are possible, they are usually free or done for a small materials fee.
I cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to the personal, customized nature of each project.

Additional Policies and FAQs
♦ RESIZING - Please contact me via Convo if you need a necklace or bracelet resized. In most cases I can easily extend or shorten a piece for the perfect fit, but I prefer to verify that I have the materials available for the size adjustment. Please note that a request to extend a sterling silver chain more than 2-3" will result in a price change to reflect the additional cost in materials.
♦ GIFT PACKAGING - All jewelry orders are packaged with care and arrive in a gift box. If this is a gift, please let me know so I can take extra care in making sure it is beautifully packaged. I am happy to include a gift note!
♦ CUSTOM ORDERS - I accept custom orders as time allows, but please note that there are only certain times each year that I will be able to accomodate custom requests. Please check my shop announcement or inquire to find out when my next open custom order period will take place! :)
Custom work is a specialty of mine and I will do my best to create the perfect personal piece for you! When custom orders are being accepted, you may begin by starting a Convo with me to share your idea, including such details as metal preference, style, length, colors, gemstones, and so on. If your project comes up in the queue during the open custom order time period, I will contact you to discuss your project.
Once we have finished discussing the design, timeline, price estimate, and terms for your custom piece, I will create a custom listing for you in my shop. Your custom order price quote will reflect the extra time and attention that I spend in creating your custom piece and discussing the details with you. The turnaround time for custom orders varies on a per-project basis, but my average time is 3-7 business days from receipt of payment unless supplies must be ordered. Photos of the finished piece are provided before your custom order is shipped.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for sales or discounts.
♦ JEWELRY CARE - I take great care to make sure that my jewelry is durable and well-crafted. However, it is the nature of hand-crafted items to be more fragile than store-bought and mass-produced pieces. Please handle your one-of-a-kind piece with care. I recommend using Sunshine polishing cloths to brighten tarnished silver and metals without damaging your gemstones. Should you need a repair, please see my Returns & Exchanges policy above so that we can arrange a way to repair and rejuvenate your piece!
