Welcome
Welcome to Eleventeen Apparel! I specialize in womens clothing and accessories. My goal is to provide high quality handmade items that are made here in the USA and created to last. A serger as well as a conventional machine is used on all garments. There are some pre-made items available in the shop as well as items that will be made individually upon order.
Custom orders are gladly accepted. Convo me with a description of what you are looking for (attach a picture of something similar if you have one), and I will create a special garment just for you!

Payment
I accept PayPal and money orders. Payments are expected within three days of sale. When placing a custom order, the order must be paid for in full before the shipping date. A 5% sales tax will be added to all Maine sales.
Shipping
All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance can be purchased upon request.
International customers may contact me for shipping rates. I do recommend insurance on International shipments! I will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me before returning your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned unworn with original tags attached. Size exchanges will be offered if available. If the size you need is not available a refund will be given.
I ask that you pay for return shipping.
****Custom orders will not be accepted for return****
All custom orders are made in your specific measurements and therefore will not be returnable. When placing a custom order, fabric swatches and design sketch will be sent for your approval. Pictures will be taken and e-mailed before your order is shipped. Communication is key when placing a custom order! I will answer all questions you have and send as many swatches/pictures you would like before shipping your final product.
***Custom special occasion dresses and wedding apparel will need additonal alterations! Since I am unable to have long-distance clients in house for a formal fitting, I will make your garment in the measurements given to me. This does not mean it will fit like a glove. Expect to have minor alterations done when you receive your garment. (ie. hemming-depending on the height of your shoes).***
****Lost Items****
All packages are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Eleventeen Apparel will not be held responsible for missing/damaged packages. Insurance may be purchased for an additional cost.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I take pride in the quality of my garments. If you receive your item with a loose button, hem coming undone, etc. please contact me. I will gladly fix the problem free of charge.
Handmade clothing should be hand washed!! I will not be held responsible for damage done by your washer/drier. Please follow the care instructions that come with your item.
