PLEASE READ FOR PRODUCTION TIME:

♥Current production time is 10-12 days for most orders, unless product states ready to ship which will be shipped out next day (Monday-Fridays :-). If you order a ready to ship item along with a regular item the 10-12 day turn around does apply.

If for any reason the processing time is going to take longer than 12 days I will contact you BEFORE the deadline to make sure you are aware. (This very rarely is ever an issue)

RUSH ORDERS:
Because I am a mother to 3 Children under the age of 5 I have to keep an average of 10-12 day turn around time so that I can maintain quality time with them. I will always strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible and hopefully sooner but I can not continue to work at the extreme pace I have been (which has put a strain on my kids)

If you need an item rushed within 24-48 hours I am going to have to charge an additional rush fee of $5. This additional fee will go directly towards FUN ACTIVITIES for me to do with Ella, Jasper and Miles :) Thank you in advance for your understanding~

All orders are shipped 1st class with shipping confirmation.
You will receive a notice from Etsy with a tracking number so that you can track your package.

Please make sure that it is accurate or message me with the address change.

!!!!! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, THE US POSTAL SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING BEYOND THE U.S. You will be able to track it until it leaves the states.

Ella's Bows cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, ruined, or stolen once in the possession of the post office that is why all items are shipped using shipping confirmation and tracking. If you would like to purchase insurance please include in message to seller and I will customize a listing for you. It is unfair to leave negative feedback for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. Please contact me before so that we can figure out the best course of action

!!! International buyers please be aware that tracking is not available and shipping is usually 8-10 days BUT can take up to 4-5 weeks, which I have no control over due to customs. I will mark your item shipped on Etsy and you can track its progress until it leaves the U.S
