Custom and personalised orders
I'm happy to dye up sweater quantities for you so all yarn is from the same dye session. The skeins will not be identical but will be more closely matched than purchasing skeins individually. I recommend alternating skeins from custom orders to prevent any obvious colour changes.
If you have a custom colourway idea please message me. I love to experiment and create new colours. Due to time requirements & costs of dyeing test skeins to bring your colourway to life this will incur an additional £10 fee. However this colourway will remain original to you & will not be recreated for sale in the shop.
All custom orders will be given a custom listing, which needs to be paid up front before I start dyeing.
Turn around time is 2-3 weeks.

Care instructions
If you have bought hand dyed yarn or knitted items I suggest hand washing your finished items in cool water with a suitable wool wash.
I thoroughly rinse all yarns before drying however they may, on occasion, 'bleed' into your washing water due to a little excess dye being left over from the dyeing process. This should rinse out and using a little white vinegar in your rinsing water this can prevent any further bleeding.
Scented wool washes, lanolins or knitting with hand creams, or even just the pH of our skin can sometimes cause the dyes to bleed - this is called 'crocking'. In the event of this happening with your yarn I cannot accept returns or refund your purchase.
Additional Shipping Info
Please bear in mind that I am currently running my shop around a full time day job so may not be able to get to the Post Office as often as I would like. I will endeavour to ship all in stock items within 2-3 working days of receiving payment.
Combined shipping – multiple items ordered together will have any shipping over charges refunded.
Orders will be shipped to the address listed at checkout on Etsy. If you would like your order shipped to a different address, please specify that in the 'Notes to Seller' section at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address
International Buyers are responsible for any duty or customs fees. Items will be marked as merchandise with the value.
Returns and Exchanges - Additional Info
I want my customers to be happy with their products – all refunds will be handled on an individual basis, so please be mindful when purchasing. If I have made an error with your order, please let me know immediately and I will be happy to correct the issue. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me (prior to leaving feedback) and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
If a refund is agreed items must be returned within 14 days in original and sellable condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless refund is due to my error.
