Welcome
Thanks for visiting Emmy's Omiyage!
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions :)
All prints are unmatted and unframed unless otherwise stated in the description.
All items ©2009-2012 Emmy's Omiyage. Artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
Payment
I accept PayPal for payment (please make sure your Etsy address and PayPal address match).
Shipping
I ship orders through USPS – either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight (let me know if you need something sooner). If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know. I will ship within 2 business days of your order.
I use a mixture of new and recycled shipping supplies - 100% recycled rigid mailers, USPS boxes, recycled cereal boxes, paper bags, recycled bubble wrap, etc.
International shipping is also available (except where noted, e.g. Plant Me Notebooks because they contain seeds)
Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. I make, decribe, photograph, package and ship everything with the utmost care to ensure that your omiyage arrives in great condition. I want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me (before leaving feeback) and I will do everything I can to make it right.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Spread the Love!
*I donate 10% of the proceeds from every order to two of my favorite charities:
5% is donated to The Nature Concervancy:
"The mission of The Nature Conservancy is to preserve the plants, animals and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive." ~ The Nature Concervancy http://www.nature.org
5% is donated to the Ohana Maitreya Fund:
"Our mission is to provide grants to Buddhist Nunneries in India for the construction of Shedras, Institutes of Higher Buddhist Learning. We honor and perpetuate the values taught by Barbara Jarvis in the realms of equal opportunities for women in education, the arts, spiritual vocation, and in the experience of living in community. We promote the preservation of Tibetan Buddhist culture and the Himalayan spiritual traditions. We achieve these goals with integrity, efficiency and transparency." ~ Ohana Maitreya http://www.omfund.org/
