Payment
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. If you need more time or there are any issues, please, just contact me to let me know. If I don"t hear from you within 3 days, the item will be re-listed.
Shipping
There is no additional shipping charges for multiple items. The shipping charge is a flat fee, regardless of how many items you would like to purchase.
If you want the item shipped to a different address please provide that info in a message to me. I would be happy to ship to a 3rd party or alternate address.
Also if this is a gift for someone, please let me know if you would like me to include a special note to the recipient.
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. After I send the package, I send the tracking number ASAP.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I ship items out of the United States, but payment must be made through PayPal.
Yes I ship internationally. If you want to pay to upgrade to USPS Priority International shipping just let me know, and I will send you an adjusted Paypal invoice.
International buyers: As a buyer you are solely responsible for all customs fees.
Please also be aware of your countries individual laws regarding imports; I may not be held responsible for any item held by customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Ill gladly exchange or refund the purchase price. Please contact me within 7 days from the date of receipt.
If an item is lost or damaged in the mail, I take full responsibility and will replace or repair the item in a timely manner free of charge.
If for any reason you are not satisfied or have any concerns please contact me, so we can resolve the issue together before leaving a feedback.
Also please contact me first so I know if it is a return, repair, exchange, or modification. If you have any questions about your order, please let me know as soon as possible.
