PHYSICAL ITEMS

I ship worldwide from Monday to Saturday in 1-3 days after purchase via registered airmail with a tracking number from Ukraine (Eastern Europe). All my jewelry, beads, etc. are carefully packed and to be shipped to the address given to Etsy. Shipping rates include shipping and packaging costs. Please note, very occasionally delivery may take longer than expected, especially for great distances and during holidays. If your package hasn't arrived after 1-2 months, get in touch.

Please, be aware that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

PHYSICAL ITEMS - RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have any problems or unhappy with a purchase, please, contact me prior to leaving feedback, otherwise, the sale is considered completed and I have no opportunity to refund. I will happily do my best to honor your claim. ;)

If you receive a damaged product, notify me. All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. Please pack the damaged item back in its original packaging including undamaged labels and send it back to me. At your request I will issue you a refund, repair the item, or exchange it for an item of equal value upon safe return of the item, excluding shipping charges.

If your package was lost and this fact is proven, I can offer a refund or exchange it for the same item or an item of equal value.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are packed in the recycled wooden boxes with the EFC logo and secured with additional packaging material. All items are packed in one box when shipped, even if you purchase more than one item. If you need more, please, mention it in the notes to seller section during the checkout.

On-demand your order can be accompanied with additional gift wrapping and proper greetings text. To do so, at checkout, please, make sure you enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. In the notes to seller section, just note that it is a gift and write the greetings to be added to it.

HOLIDAYS SHIPPING NOTICE

Please, mind that due to the huge volume of the packages that are recently under the processing procedures of the postal services of different countries, and especially USA, there can be delays in shipping. Thank you for understanding!

PHYSICAL ITEMS - UNCLAIMED ORDERS

I ship to the address sent by Etsy. If your order has returned to me as unclaimed, I contact the buyer as soon as possible and I am ready to re-ship the purchase, however, the buyer is responsible for these extra shipping costs. If the buyer does not answer within 14 days from the date I received the package back, I am free to relist the item and sell it to another person without any refund.
