• PDF file(s) will be digitally delivered via instant download from Etsy after completion of payment.
• Pattern orders that must be emailed will be digitally delivered via email within 24 hours or less to the email address associated with your payment method unless you ask for the email to be sent elsewhere.
• Please be specific on pattern choices for pattern bundles. For example if you say "Logan Pattern or Dog Pattern" I will send the Logan Pattern which is a beanie... but you may actually want the Logan Earflap Pattern and you WILL receive the wrong one. I will no longer send replacements when customers incorrectly request patterns as I find I am doing this way too often.
• Patterns listed in a "SET" (example: “ Addison Adult Hat and Addison Coffee Cozy Set”) are not counted as one pattern for the pattern bundles. They are counted as two patterns even though I offer the option of buying them together as a set in another listing. This also applies to the Monogram Alphabet; which is made up of 26 patterns so they do not count as one pattern in a bundle.
• If you have ANY questions regarding what is included in a particular pattern listing please contact me before purchase to clarify. I want happy well-informed customers and this process insures I figure out where wording may need to change to ease the process for everyone.

• You are welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns. All I ask is that you include designer credit and a link to my shop.
• You do not have permission to recopy, rewrite, redistribute or resell my pattern in any form as your own or otherwise.
• Please do not share my files.
• All photos are copyrighted, no permission is granted for any use without my explicit consent.

• No refunds on patterns once delivery has occurred. Please be sure of your purchase before submitting payment.
• I will gladly offer assistance with my patterns. It may take me a few days to get back to you however; as I am quite busy creating new patterns for your enjoyment. I cannot spend time teaching stitches that customers don't know or explaining common pattern terms; so please pay attention to the level listed on the pattern before purchase.

• I take very few hat orders these days to avoid a long wait time. However; if there is something you want please contact me and I will see if I can fit it in and give you a quote.
•Current Orders Status: •LIGHT• approximately 2-3 weeks turnaround (estimated, not guaranteed) on handmade orders.
• Rush orders available depending on circumstances for a $15 Fee.
• I carry a few in-stock items (ready to ship), which can be found in the Ready to Ship Section of my shop. Please note these are one of a kind items; there will not be more once it is sold and is only available in the size/color shown.
• Please order the correct size per the size chart in the listing, this means you are responsible for measuring and insuring the item you order is the correct size. I will take returns at the cost of the buyer, but I will not replace an in-stock item as it is the only one of its kind.
• Shipping to international customers: Please note that packages shipped outside of the United States can take 2 weeks or longer to arrive after shipment.
